This is your last chance to ensure everything in your soon-to-be new home is in order. Let’s dive into what you should expect, why it's important, and what you need to look out for during your final walk-through.


Why is the Final Walk-Through Important?


The final walk-through is a critical step for several reasons:

1. Verify Repairs: If the home inspection identified problems and the seller agreed to make repairs, you'll need to confirm that these have been completed to your satisfaction.

2. Assess Property Condition: Ensure the property is in the same condition as when you originally made your offer.

3. Ensure Fixtures Stay: Confirm that all fixtures and agreed-upon appliances are still in the home.

4. Utility Check: Ensure all the utilities are working properly, and there are no new unexpected issues.


Timing of the Walk-Through
